Returns
If something arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, we'll make it right — backed by your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If your Surge V arrives with a fault, transit damage, or you've received the wrong item, please contact our team for pre-approval at yvoltaus@gmail.com as soon as possible — we respond within around 12 hours. Unauthorised returns can't be accepted.
1. What you can return
We accept returns for quality-related issues, including:
- Manufacturing defects
- Functional issues not caused by human damage
- Items damaged during transport
- Incorrect item received
Please notify us immediately with clear photos or video so we can assist promptly.
2. Items that cannot be returned
- Products from unauthorised resellers
- Damage caused by misuse or improper installation
- Custom or special-order products
3. Return process
- Contact us — describe the issue and include photos or video.
- Await approval — our team will reach out with next steps and the return address.
- Return — for confirmed quality issues we cover the return at no cost to you.
- Inspection — returned items are inspected to confirm the fault.
- Resolution — we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund.
4. Order cancellation
- You may cancel within 3 days of placing the order, or any time before shipment.
- Change of delivery address before dispatch: $20 AUD per item.
- Lost or undeliverable package: free reshipment or full refund.
5. Refund timeline
Where a refund applies, once your return is received and inspected it's issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need extra time to post the funds. If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, contact yvoltaus@gmail.com.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not major.
