At Y-VOLT, we're committed to delivering your electric bike and accessories with speed, safety and exceptional care. Our logistics process is designed to be transparent and reliable, so you always know where your order is and when it will arrive.
1. Shipping regions
Y-VOLT Australia ships Australia-wide. Select international destinations may be supported on request — please contact our team for availability and a quote.
2. Shipping fees

All shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout before payment. The price you see includes all applicable taxes (GST) and is the final price.
3. Dispatch & pre-assembly
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days; orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. Every Surge V ships approximately 90% pre-assembled in a reinforced crate to arrive in showroom condition. Orders may ship in multiple packages depending on product type and stock.
4. Delivery timeframes
Standard delivery within Australia is typically 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, high-demand periods, and remote or rural delivery areas. You'll receive an estimated delivery window at checkout.
5. Changing your shipping information
- Address changes must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Once shipped, address changes may incur a $20 AUD re-routing fee charged by the carrier.
- If an address is incorrect and the package is returned to us, an additional $200 AUD shipping fee applies for redelivery.
