Warranty

Every Surge V is backed by a 1-year full-vehicle warranty.

Warranty rules

Full vehicle warranty (1 year) covers the motor, controller, battery, charger and other non-consumable components. Free repair is provided for performance failures not caused by human damage, subject to the terms below. Returns or exchanges are not supported in the absence of a quality issue. If a functional failure or quality defect occurs and inspection by an authorised service centre confirms it is not due to human causes, you may choose a repair, return or exchange.

Warranty start date

The warranty period is calculated from the following proofs of purchase, in order of precedence:

  • Online purchase: the warranty begins the day after your delivery sign-off / signed receipt date.
  • Offline purchase: the date on the official invoice or receipt (whichever is earlier).
  • If valid proofs are missing, incomplete or illegible, the start date is based on the sales date recorded in our system.
