1. Online store terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You are legally authorised to pay using your selected payment method.
  • You will comply with all applicable laws regarding the purchase, ownership and use of electric motorcycles and related products.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

2. General conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, including for suspected fraudulent activity, unusual or high-risk orders, or incorrect/unverifiable customer information. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over payment networks.

3. Accuracy of information

We strive to keep product descriptions, specifications, pricing and availability accurate, complete and up to date. Occasional errors or updates may occur; we recommend you verify critical information before purchasing, and we may correct mistakes at any time.

4. Product & performance disclaimer

Our electric motorcycles are designed for off-road use unless otherwise specified. Actual performance — including speed, torque, acceleration and range — can vary with rider weight, terrain, conditions, riding mode and maintenance.

5. Orders & pre-orders

A deposit secures your Surge V build slot and pre-order pricing; the balance is payable before dispatch. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

6. Pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.

7. Liability & governing law

To the extent permitted by law, Y-VOLT is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
